Youngsters and staff at a Dundee nursery are celebrating after an excellent report from the Care Inspectorate.
Claypotts Castle Primary School nursery had two comments of excellence in its recent inspection.
The quality of care and support was rated six for excellent as was the quality of staffing.
The report said: “The nursery is committed to supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing, and has developed excellent strategies around self-regulation and mindfulness.”
Dundee City Council children and families service convener Gregor Murray said: “I am delighted that Claypotts Castle has received such praise from the Care Inspectorate.
“This report reflects a nursery where young children are given a superb start to their education and I would like to thank staff for their hard work and enthusiasm.”
