A Dundee is working on its recycling after signing up for the Rag Bag scheme.
The kids at Ninewells Nursery are urging parents, friends and family to bring in any unwanted clothes, shoes, bags or belts to be recycled.
The scheme is a country-wide initiative that aims to increase awareness about how textile recycling helps the environment by ensuring less material goes to landfill.
The nursery will receive cash for all the clothes and shoes it collects.
Nursery owner Adelle Taylor said: “The Rag Bag scheme is part of our Eco Schools commitment.
“The nursery has gained a bronze award already and we are looking to progress to the silver award.
“Staff, parents and children are all behind the new scheme.
“We already recycle all of our food, containers to the colour-coded bins each week and we also grow our own fruit and veg and use these for snacks and lunches at the nursery.”
