Dundee was alive with colour and noise as the city hosted its first Pride event at the weekend.
Thousands of people descended on City Square on Saturday for live music, performances and speeches.
The event was being held in an effort to take a positive stance against discrimination and violence towards the LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, plus) community and to promote equality, awareness and inclusion in the city.
The weather stayed fair as a procession made its way from Murraygate to City Square before people enjoyed a host of activities throughout the afternoon.
An after-party was held at DUSA.
