Youngsters at the St James’ Church Holiday Club in Broughty Ferry have been kept busy with a variety of games and activities to enjoy.
The youngsters were split into groups for various games – one with an international theme in which the national flags of Canada, India, Australia and Kenya were used to represent each country.
The club was organised by the church and friends and runs for one week each holiday.
It has been taking place for several years and about 50 kids attended throughout the week.
In craft activities, the children created the stone rolling away from the tomb with some biscuits –with crafts all relating to different Bible stories they had read.
There was also the decorating of stained glass windows, designing baseball caps and making picture frames. The youngsters were split into teams for the games and activities, making it a friendly competition.
Rhoda Smith, a representative from the church, said: “The kids all enjoyed it.
“We will be back again next year in the first week of August.”
