A Dundee mum has paid tribute to her son’s teacher, who has helped him work through his leaning difficulties.
“My son Jenson had cancer, he has ADHD, autism and severe learning disabilities and when he first started school he hated being away from me but Mrs Robb has always been very caring towards him,” Leigh Hammond said.
“She understands everything he says and knows exactly how to cope with him.”
Leigh said Mrs Robb, who works at Fintry Primary as an additional support needs assistant, did so many things for Jenson and described her as the “most amazing teacher I’ve ever met”.
“She has made his time at school so much easier,” she said.
“She knows exactly how to calm him down if he is struggling or upset.”
