Kids excited for a rainy day? You might be surprised, but this actually happened

The wet weather was for once welcome at an art and crafts session for kids in Broughty Ferry.

Youngsters at the Wee Wellies art activities session explored the various highlights of the Duntrune Community Garden in Dawson Park before making their own artwork and creations inspired by the outdoors.

The community is based around a domestic home, with the central pergola structure as the house.

It hosts a series of activities throughout the year for visitors young and old.

Next up is the Mini Diggers gardening club for children under five on Saturday April 28.
