dundee’s IBF European super-featherweight boxing champ Ronnie “The Shark” Clark will box for the British title in Brentwood, Essex, on December 15.
Ronnie, who sports a record of 21 wins, two draws and four losses, will meet titleholder Sam Bowen who is unbeaten in 14 bouts.
Mark Dunlop, Ronnie’s manager, commented: “Ronnie can’t wait. He wants to get stuck in.”
Ronnie has been out of the ring since February when he won the European title by outpointing the previously unbeaten Zelfa Barrett in London.
A hand injury hampered him but he is now fully fit and training hard under Terry McCormack in Edinburgh.
Mark added: “Ronnie has a good chance of adding the British title.
“He is as dedicated as ever and is definitely ready for Bowen. The bout can’t come quickly enough.”
