Pupils at a Dundee primary school have helped their community by raising funds for an on-street defibrillator.
Craigowl Primary staged a “Dress Red for a Healthy Heart Day” as well as an open-air concert.
Every child participated in the concert, with proud parents and friends paying to watch the talent on show.
The new life-saving device has been installed on the wall of McColls on St Boswell’s Terrace.
Craigowl Primary head teacher Euan Smith said: “We have been supported by St John Scotland in siting the defibrillator and it will continue to check and maintain it in the future.
“The school would also like to say a massive thank you to the Nine Maidens dominoes team which donated money to the cause and to Monarchs Hockey Club which was also kind enough to make a donation towards the defibrillator.”
