A man who twice breached an antisocial behaviour order had sentence deferred.

Liam McCreaddie, 23, of Balmoral Gardens, admitted that at Huntly Road on December 10 last year, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, made threats of violence and behaved in an aggressive manner, while on bail.

He also admitted that at the same address on October 16 last year, he breached an antisocial behaviour order by playing music, shouting and permitting others to shout, while on bail, and that at the same address on July 15, he breached his Asbo by repeatedly shouting and using a loud voice.

Sentence was deferred until September 27 for reports and McCreaddie’s bail was continued by Sheriff Alastair Carmichael.
