A man is to stand trial accused of fraudulently claiming more than £33,000 in disability benefits over nearly six years.
Lorenzo Armas, of Balunie Drive, denies knowingly failing to notify benefit bosses of a change to his entitlement for disability living allowance between February 15 2012 and January 2 last year.
Armas is alleged to have fraudulently claimed the high-rate mobility component and the middle-rate care component of disability living allowance.
The 51-year-old is alleged to have claimed a total of £33,860.25 to which he was not entitled.
A trial was fixed for Dundee Sheriff Court on February 22.
