Dundee man, 32, breached order by repeatedly visiting home of child he punched

Dundee Sheriff Court

Andrew Tolan, 32, of Main Street, Dundee, had sentence deferred until February 5.

Tolan admitted breaching his community payback order, which had been imposed after he admitted that on February 8 2017, at a house in Dundee, he assaulted a teenager by repeatedly punching the 15-year-old on the head to their injury.

He also admitted breaching a bail condition by contacting the teenager, behaving in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm by making repeated telephone calls, attending the teenager’s home uninvited and shouting, swearing and throwing stones at windows, and, at another house on April 4, he repeatedly attended uninvited, repeatedly kicked and struck a door, shouted through the letterbox and demanded entry, while on bail.
