Dundee appear to have landed the signature of former Rangers star Kenny Miller.
It’s understood a deal is close to being done to bring the 38-year-old striker to the Kilmac Stadium at Dens Park on a two-year deal.
The veteran striker had been in talks with Premiership new boys St Mirren after sensationally departing from Livingston after just seven weeks as player/manager, but boss Neil McCann appears to have got his man.
Miller is now free to sign for a club after his player registration was sorted having departed from the West Lothian side.
It’s believed Miller is ironing out personal terms and could soon be announced as a dark blue.
Dundee are in desperate need of a hitman having fired blanks in the last three games – and with goals from their frontline coming few and far between.
The signing of the ex Scotland man could prove just what the Dark Blues need to get points on the board and back up the table.
Dundee are expected to unveil their new man tomorrow, should talks go through and Miller signs on the dotted line.
