Hibs striker Simon Murray looks set for a move away from the capital, with a move to Dundee a step closer.
It’s understood the former United striker and life-long Dundee fan will leave the Easter Road side today but his new club is yet to be confirmed.
Clubs from abroad have expressed interest in the 25-year-old forward and have been monitoring the situation.
However, should a move to Dens Park be set in concrete it would be on a loan arrangement.
It’s also understood the situation is separate from the complicated triangle with Dundee, Hibs and Celtic.
Neil McCann is on the hunt for a goalscorer and the Dundonian could be a perfect fit.
Murray joined Hibs from United in the summer and has scored 14 goals in 28 appearances.
