A care assistant will appear before a disciplinary panel accused of putting a resident at risk.
Daniel Chalmers is due to appear before a Scottish Social Services Council hearing at Compass House in Dundee on Monday November 26.
In a notice of fitness to practise issued by the SSSC, it states: “While employed as a care assistant by Duncare Limited at Benvie Care Home, Dundee, it is alleged that you placed a resident at risk of harm and your actions impair your fitness to practise because of your misconduct.”
No further detail was given about the nature of the allegation against Mr Chalmers.
The fitness to practise panel will decide if the allegation is proven, whether Mr Chalmers is fit to practise and if a sanction should be placed on his registration as a result.
Duncare had not responded to a request comment.
