A teenager was remanded in custody pending reports and a restriction of liberty order assessment after admitting breaching six bail orders.
The 17-year-old, of Honeygreen Road, who cannot be named, admitted breaching a curfew by being outwith his home address between the hours of 7pm-7am on June 10, on Seagate, while on bail.
Sheriff Lorna Drummond deferred sentence on the youth, telling him: “You are a young man of 17 years old and you have breached six bail orders.
“I am calling for reports and, as you are currently on a community payback order, you will be remanded in custody given that you are clearly not complying with your bail orders.”
Bail was refused and sentence was deferred until July 5.
