A West End bar that closed without warning will reopen in September.
The Mayfly and events space Door Below, on Perth Road, closed without warning earlier this month.
But the pub has now announced it intends to reopen later this year after an extensive refurbishment.
A post on The Mayfly’s Facebook page stated: “We are currently closed for refurbishment, reopening at the beginning of September.”
The bar is owned by Fuller Thomson, which also operates Duke’s Corner and the Jute Cafe Bar at the DCA.
At the time, staff said they had felt “feel very hurt and let down” at the sudden closure.
