There are now 76 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Tayside, the Scottish Government has announced.
The number of people who have contracted Covid-19 in Tayside has risen from 57 yesterday.
In Fife, there were 29 confirmed cases yesterday, which has risen to 40.
Across Scotland, 894 people have tested positive, with Greater Glasgow and Clyde having the most cases at 258 in the region.
It comes after Nicola Sturgeon revealed that 25 people in Scotland have now died after testing positive for Covid-19.
Speaking at a press conference in Edinburgh she said: “There are now 894 confirmed cases which is an increase of 175 from yesterday. These numbers will be an underestimate.”
She also extended her “condolences to of those who have lost loved ones”.
