How would you like to win a dream £10,000 wedding at a four-star luxury hotel?

Well now’s your chance, thanks to Wave 102, DoubleTree by Hilton and children’s charity Help for Kids.

One lucky couple in Dundee will be able to put all their wedding planning woes behind them and simply look forward to their big day at the elegant DoubleTree in Kingsway West.

They will arrive in style, with £600 towards the bride’s wedding dress and kilts provided by McCall’s Dundee for the groom and up to three groomsmen.

The wedding party will be treated to a red carpet entrance, with a wedding breakfast for up to 50 guests, plus an evening reception with a traditional buffet for up to 80 guests.

At the end of their special day, the happy couple will retire to the King Suite where they will be greeted by a rose petal turndown.

Couples will receive a platinum photography package from Lyndsey Philip Photography and a bespoke videography package from I Do Videos.

The winners will also have be featured in the “real life” section of the magazine Scottish Wedding Directory.

Even the wedding invitations, place cards and table plan have been taken care of, courtesy of One of a Kind Stationery.

The wedding, worth more than £10,000, will take place at the Double Tree by Hilton on Friday October 12.

To be in with a chance of winning, couples need to register online before being invited to an interview.

A shortlist of five couples will then be selected, and be given three weeks to raise as much money for Help for Kids as possible. The pair who raise the most will win the wedding prize.

Help for Kids provides funding for disadvantaged local children as well as cash for clubs and organisations.

Charity manager Stacey Wallace said: “We have tried to cover everything. It’s a great package and I think it will be really popular competition.”
