Three people, including a 16-year-old boy, have appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court before Sheriff Derek Reekie on a petition accusing them of supplying heroin and cocaine to others.
Ronnie Wilson, 56, and Dawn Harris, 48, both of Tweed Crescent in Menzieshill, are alleged to have been concerned in the supply of heroin on Tuesday at Flights Lane in Lochee, at a house on Tweed Crescent and elsewhere unknown.
Both are also alleged to have been concerned in the supply of cocaine on the same date and at the same places.
Wilson is further alleged to have driven a car on Flights Lane on the same date without insurance and, being the holder of a provisional licence, without being accompanied by a qualified driver and without displaying L plates.
The teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, is also alleged to have been concerned in supplying heroin and cocaine on the same date in Lochee and Menzieshill.
Prosecutors also allege that, at police HQ on the same date, he possessed cannabis.
None of the accused made any plea during their brief, separate appearances and all were granted bail while the case was continued.
