Dundee man punched window of well-known city bakery

A Dundee man punched and broke a window at a city bakery. Darren Mills, 31, of Ashkirk Gardens, had sentence deferred until December 4. Mills admitted by letter that he wilfully or recklessly destroyed or damaged the property of another by punching a window, causing it to break, at Clark’s Bakery, Nethergate, on May 31.

Dundee man overloaded van by 1,500kg

A Dundee man has admitted loading a van to more than 1,500kg than it should have been. Adam Smith, 42, of Mains Drive, had sentence deferred until Tuesday. He admitted using a van with a 5,020kg load, where the vehicle was restricted to a 3,500kg load, on Riverside on June 26.
