
Police are still trying to trace a driver who collided with a Dundee schoolgirl.
The 13-year-old girl was hit during the morning rush hour outside St John’s High School on Harefield Road.
She was taken to Ninewells following the incident where she was in a stable condition.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Enquiries are continuing with officers seeing if they can still track down the driver of the car.”
A Dundee City Council spokesman confirmed that Emergency services were called following an incident near the school.
The Scottish Ambulance Service received the call to attend the scene just after 8.30am on Tuesday.
A spokesman said: “We attended St John’s High School on Harefield Road at 8.34am on Tuesday after receiving a report that a 13-year-old girl collided with a motor vehicle.
“The child was taken to Ninewells Hospital.”
