A MAN headbutted the glass pane of a door to a Dundee pub then threatened to “petrol bomb” the venue.
Kevin Hughes, 30, a prisoner at Perth, was jailed for 95 days at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Hughes admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at Kelly’s Bar, Lochee High Street, and outside on March 10.
He admitted shouting, swearing, behaving in a disorderly and aggressive manner, uttering threats to damage property and damaging the property of another.
The court heard Hughes entered the pub at 3.40pm only to be told he was banned.
He began to shout, then headbutted the glass pane of the door, causing it to crack.
Police arrived and found him stumbling around outside, where he made threats to “petrol bomb” the pub.
