Murray Davidson and Frazer Wright have trained and both will be in the St Johnstone squad for the trip to face Dundee at Dens.
The duo had been carrying knocks, in Davidson’s case he had missed games, but they may well start.
Definitely missing is suspended pair Steven Anderson and Simon Lappin, who are serving one-match bans.
Following the break, Saints team boss Tommy Wright said: “It’s good to get back playing again.”
He added: “When the teams last met a couple of weeks ago we were both aiming for a top-six finish.
“Now both teams have attained that and our aim is to kick on and get a Europa League place.
“After the Dundee game, we have three home fixtures against Inverness Caley Thistle, Dundee United and Celtic before we end our season with a trip to Aberdeen.
“These are good-looking games coming up and we hope to do well in them.”
Saints supporters will be accommodated in the Bob Shankly Stand priced at £20 for adults and £10 for concessions (U/16, O/65 or students with valid student photo ID).
The Perth side are expected to bring a large support with them and Tommy said their presence will be a boost for the team.
He said: “We’re expecting a good travelling support and their backing will be an asset. Our fans are normally vocal at Dens and that helps the team.”
