Angus is to host an arrows exhibition featuring Scots darts champion Gary Anderson.
The Flying Scotsman is the star name on the bill for the second annual Reservoir Darts event at the Reid Hall in Forfar.
The exhibition on Friday December 5 will again be an Auld Enemy grudge match between Scotland and England.
Premier League star Anderson will captain the Scottish team, which will feature Jamie Harvey, John Henderson, Paul Coughlin and Arbroath’s Alan Soutar. ‘Jabba’ Jamie Caven leads the English team, supported by Alex Roy, Michael Smith, Dennis ‘The Menace’ Priestley and Matty Dennant.
Last year’s event saw Scotland win a tense tungsten tussle.
The 480-capacity Reid Hall will be transformed with a stage, big screens, walk-on girls and pipers.
The bash is being organised again by Behind The Oche and managing director Russell Roebuck said it will be “the ultimate darts experience”.
Cash raised from an auction, a raffle and a contribution from all balcony tickets will go to the Erbs Palsy Group, Yorkhill Children’s Charity and Angus Darts Academy.
Anderson beat Phil Taylor in the final of the World Darts Trophy in 2007, was a finalist in the PDC World Championship in 2011 and won the Premier League in 2011.
