Police are looking to identify two men and a woman after a 20-year-old man was threatened and robbed on a train in Fife.
The train was travelling between Kirkcaldy and Burntisland on Tuesday April 15 at about 9.40pm when the incident happened.
The three people British Transport Police are looking to trace alighted the 8.41pm Dundee to Edinburgh Waverley service at Burntisland station.
Authorities have released a CCTV image of the people they are looking to speak to.
Detective Constable Derek Alexander, the officer in charge of the enquiry, said:
“I am appealing to anyone who recognises those in the photograph to contact me as a matter of urgency.
“Anyone with information should contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40 or by texting 61016 quoting reference B of 2014.
“Information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
