Delivery ‘shambles’ heading across city
Royal Mail is to press ahead with plans to introduce the new delivery system currently plaguing Dundee East Delivery Office to its counterpart in the west of the city (writes Katie Smyth).
The Way Forward, which was introduced on November 1, has been blamed for kick-starting the backlog of more than 100,000 undelivered letters, parcels and packages in the West Pitkerro Dundee East depot.

Despite the difficulties, Royal Mail is adamant it will roll it out to the Baird Avenue Dundee West depot in the new financial year.
