Raising cash for Children in Need

Pudsey Bear paid a visit to Dundee’s Downfield Primary and is pictured with P3 pupils.

Folk throughout Tayside and Fife have been working hard to raise funds for this year’s Children in Need appeal.
From 7pm tonight, BBC1 will be taken over by Pudsey Bear and his friends from the world of TV, music and theatre to help make a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

Organisers are hoping to emulate the success of last year’s broadcast, which raised more than £21 million, with the 2008 appeal eventually topping £38 million in total.
