| From 7pm tonight, BBC1 will be taken over by Pudsey Bear and his friends from the world of TV, music and theatre to help make a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
Organisers are hoping to emulate the success of last year’s broadcast, which raised more than £21 million, with the 2008 appeal eventually topping £38 million in total. |
