Samuel may miss SPL opener
St Johnstone may have to do without Collin Samuel for their SPL opener at home to Motherwell on August 15 (writes James Masson).
He’s likely to be in the Trinidad & Tobago squad for a World Cup qualifier away to El Salvador on Wednesday the 12th.

Although Saints boss Derek McInnes is delighted to have players gaining international recognition, the timing of this fixture is not ideal.

“Collin should be back in time for the Motherwell game, but it’s hardly the ideal preparation for him for our match,” Derek said.
