Talks imminent
As the players returned to training for the final week of their season, Dundee boss Jocky Scott was drawing up plans on who will, and won’t, be around next term (writes Graeme Finnan).
Already informed they won’t be offered new deals are keeper Ludovic Roy, wide men David O’Brien and Freddie Daquin, and striker Bob Davidson.

For a host of others, though, the picture remains unclear and the manager is set to hold talks with those affected over the next few days.

“I’ve more or less made my decisions and some of the boys who are leaving have already been told. I’ll be speaking to others later in the week,” said Jocky.

Injuries are again likely to hinder the manager’s selection process when Partick Thistle wind up the season at Dens on Saturday.

However, big defender Gary MacKenzie returns to the fold after completing a suspension.
