St Johnstone’s Peter MacDonald is unlikely to make Saturday’s vital home game against Partick Thistle (writes James Masson).
He is struggling to recover from a hamstring injury, although the striker may be fit enough to be considered for Tuesday night’s home fixture against Dunfermline.
