| The Swiss defender has been forced to wear a mask to protect his cracked cheekbone.
“Mihael was able to join in with the rest of the lads and we’ll see how he goes over the next few days, but he won’t be available for the weekend,” said boss Craig Levein.
Fellow-defender Garry Kenneth is still being troubled by a knee problem, but could still be involved against a St Mirren side buoyed by two wins on the trot.
“I watched them beat Hamilton on Saturday and, to be honest, there wasn’t much between the teams,” added Craig.
“But they got the three points and, having beaten Rangers the game before, seem to have a bit of momentum going.”
