Complete Book of Mince
 


 
Mince was the order of the day at Waterstones in Dundee’s Commercial Street as city butcher Gilbert Grosset brought his culinary expertise to the bookshop to celebrate the launch of The Complete Book of Mince, a veritable feast of mince recipes by up and coming celebrity chef Rene La Sagne.
Gilbert gave visitors the chance to taste some of his own mince creations and there were plenty of people to take up the offer.
