Police seek driver
Police are investigating an incident in Fintry in which a driver stopped to talk to a three-year-old child (writes David Clegg).
The boy was walking with his grandmother about 2.30pm yesterday and was a short distance behind her when a light-blue Vauxhall Astra pulled up beside him near Fintry Primary School in Findcastle Street.

The driver, described as having black hair and wearing a light-blue shirt, spoke to the boy then drove off when his gran called out.

The car was seen moments later in Fintry Drive.

Police wish to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and want to speak to anyone who may have seen the car.

Anyone with information should call 0845 600 5705.
