Duff luck
Stuart Duff is set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up a knock in Dundee United’s 2-0 reserve defeat against Motherwell at Station Park, Forfar (writes Graeme Finnan).
The defender was taken off in the first half and may be suffering from a bout of tendonitis that could keep him out for three or four weeks.

“Our physio Jeff Clarke will monitor Stuart for the next few days, but it could be next week before the full extent of the problem is known,” said boss Craig Levein today.

“Saying that, we are pretty well off injury-wise at the moment. Greg Cameron is getting better and I would expect Steven Robb to be fit for the game at Inverness Caley on Saturday week.”

Craig will decide next week whether or not to allow young striker David Goodwillie to go on loan to Airdrie United.
