| The husband of a former kidney patient at Dundee’s Ninewells Hospital today donated £10,000 to the renal unit. |
| Thomas Hanlon visited the unit — which had cared for his wife Mary until her death in January — where he met staff before handing over the cheque to Dr Iain Henderson.
The money has already been spent acquiring four new anti-clotting machines that are used during kidney dialysis to thin the blood and keep it flowing normally.
