Contractors have fenced off ground between the south wall of Dudhope Park and Lochee Road and Marketgait junction.
An Abertay University spokesman said, “Preparatory work will be completed before Christmas and the main construction is to begin in the New Year.”
The flats, which will accommodate almost 500 students, are expected to be complete for the university intake in September, 2008. |
