SAINTS TO SWOOP?
St Johnstone player-boss Owen Coyle said after Saturday’s win over Brechin that another new face may be joining up before tomorrow’s transfer deadline (writes James Masson).
Although no names are being mentioned, speculation is rife that Hibs attacker Sam Morrow is in Saints’ sights. Contrary to reports, Morrow has still to sign. And should he come, it’s likely to be a loan deal.

But Ross County’s John Rankin isn’t Perth-bound. Saints were keen on him but County’s asking price is too high.

The Perth Saints have already brought in keeper Matt Glennon from Falkirk and midfield man Jamie Winter on loan from Aberdeen.
