| Dundee West politicians Kate Maclean MSP and Jim McGovern MP have pledged their support for Dundee teenager Samantha Duffy, who is trying to raise £3500 in order to take part in a Link Overseas voluntary programme in India.
Kate donated a Scottish Parliament hamper for Samantha to raffle, and Jim donated a bottle of House of Commons whisky.
Both politicians were impressed by Samantha’s determination and the enterprise she has shown in her fundraising efforts so far.
However, Samantha still needs to raise £1500.
