| Members of a six-week healthy eating course run in Dundee have benefited from Mediterranean know-how.
The course, run by the Dundee Healthy Living Initiative and Anderson Catering, taught members how to cook low-fat alternatives to their regular diet at classes in St Salvador’s Church Hall.
They were helped by Italian student Giada Provazzi, who is studying at Dundee University, but is on placement with the Dundee Healthy Living Initiative.
She was able to teach people about the health benefits of a traditional Italian diet. |
