| Helen and Martin Barrie, who recently celebrated their ruby wedding anniversary, told friends and relatives that donations instead of gifts at their celebration would give them the chance to say a big thank you to staff for the help and ongoing support they have given Helen over the years.
Wilma Scott, charge nurse at the clinic, said, “We’d like to thank Mr and Mrs Barrie for this generous donation which will go towards our patient comfort fund.”
The couple presented their donation to Mr Rodney Mountain, consultant ear, nose and throat surgeon. |
