| Prolific reserve-team scorer Andy Jackson is on loan to Cowdenbeath until the end of the year, but joining the Fifers on a permanent deal is right-back Mark Baxter. David Bagan, signed in the January transfer window from QOS, but unable to command a first-team place, has been released from his contract and is likely to sign for Raith.
