Dundee Lord Provost John Letford paid a visit to the city’s new £1 million centre for disabled children today to see how building work is progressing.
Dundee Disabled Children’s Association’s (DDCA) new base is currently under construction on the corner of Lawton Road and Strathmore Avenue.

The project has been the result of intensive fundraising and the work of volunteers in the city.

With completion expected in the autumn, the multi-purpose activity centre will greatly improve on the association’s existing facilities in Murraygate, where the charity has been based since 1924.
