Youngsters at Perth’s Friarton Nursery have been preparing for summer by getting fit and healthy — with the help of a £456 council grant. As well as eating healthy snacks and lunches, improving the outdoor area, becoming a “sun aware” school and learning about dental hygiene, the nursery bought 10 cycling helmets to encourage the pupils to get on their bikes.
