Young singers sought

Dundee junior choir Craigiebank Junior Singers are looking for more youngsters to join them.
The children sing for the congregation of Craigiebank Church in Dundee most Sundays. They also learn to read music and gain certificates.

Recent renditions include the Vicar of Dibley version of The Lord is My Shepherd, Panis Angelicus (sung in Latin), and various songs by Robert Burns.

They also entered the Arbroath and District Music Festival where they won a trophy in the Church Choir section.

Anyone with a love of singing (7 years and up) is welcome to rehearse with them on Friday evenings.

Further information is available from choirmaster Ron Turbyne (Tel. 01382 884987).
