Dundee Healthy Living Initiative began their new weight management course aimed at Asian women.
Around 10 women are involved in the course which is held every Monday at Dundee International Women’s Centre, Lyon Street, at 1.15 pm.

Over six weeks, the women will be learning about weight management and keeping a healthy diet.

Alison Christie, from Dundee Healthy Living Initiative, said, “The women will learn about all the different food groups, how to have a balanced diet and how to eat fewer calories and less saturated fat.

“They will be weighed weekly, and we’ll give them tips on exercising and answer any questions.”
