McCALL KEEN TO CAPTURE STAR DUO
Dundee United boss Ian McCall will shortly be using all his powers of persuasion to get Mark Wilson to sign a new deal (writes Graeme Finnan).
The 20-year-old has been in outstanding form for the Tangerines as the club has struggled to escape the clutches of the SPL relegation zone this term.

That form hasn’t gone unnoticed and, with several clubs south of the border known to be keen on the wing-back, Ian is anxious to get something sorted out sooner rather than later.

The same goes for Barry Robson, who has also done well since his switch from Inverness Caley Thistle.

“I’d hoped to have spoken to Mark and Barry by now, but simply have not had the chance,” said Ian. “Hopefully, I will be able to sit down with both of them in the very near future.”

Meanwhile, Robson joined both Collin Samuel and Jason Scotland in the Tangerines second string who went down 3-0 at Livingston yesterday.
