SAINTS SET TO SWOOP?
St Johnstone manager John Connolly has confirmed his interest in QOS midfield man David Bagan (writes James Masson).
While team boss of the Dumfries club, John signed David from Kilmarnock and he said today that David “is one we’re looking at.”

John added, “He can play on the left of midfield or one place in from that position.”

It’s believed any deal may involve Saints’ Ross Forsyth going in the opposite direction.

John also stated that Dumbarton were also expressing an interest in Ross. Meanwhile, Saints have opened talks with Peter MacDonald about an extended deal.

David Cowan has an ankle knock, but it isn’t expected to keep him out away to Clyde this Saturday.
