| The men hoping to impress boss John Connolly are a Polish defender and a Czech attacker.
Connolly said, “This is the ideal chance to have a look at the two of them.”
Saints’ are still talking to different players with a view to bringing them in to McDiarmid Park during the January transfer window, but John said, “getting them to sign is proving to be slow.”
Meanwhile, one player who looks certain to be on his way out of McDiarmid Park on loan is teenage defender Steven Fraser.
He’s recently completed a month’s loan with Arbroath, but John has intimated that a couple of other clubs are keen to take the youngster until the end of the season.
Looking ahead to Saturday’s home league game against Falkirk, Saints hope Michael Moore will be fit enough to play following the dead leg he suffered in the Scottish Cup defeat against ICT. |
