Macmillan Cancer Relief is raising money in Dundee to fund a Macmillan specialist gynaecological nurse, a Macmillan pharmacist and patient grants, which help people who find themselves in financial difficulty when they have cancer.

Owner of the Tavern Bar, Billy Thomson, said, “Everyone knows the support Macmillan nurses give to people and we are pleased to be able to help Macmillan Cancer Relief continue to care for people in Dundee.”

Macmillan area manager, Wendy Fowler, said, “I would like to thank the staff and customers of the Tavern Bar on behalf of all the people living with cancer they will help with their donation.”
