| One of the group’s entertainers Jessie Henderson, approached the Berwick Owners Charity Exclusive, who consider applications from caravan owners for donations to good causes.
Peter Liddell, a lawyer with Donaldson and Co., owns a caravan at the Berwick Holiday Centre, and nominated the church after hearing from Jessie about the work done there.
Margaret Smith, who runs the Daycare with other helpers, said, “We were in need of better crockery and cutlery, and this donation answers that need perfectly.” |
